At Good Life Custom Cleaning, we offer a variety of cleaning options to best fit your cleaning needs.

We offer several frequencies of regularly scheduled services:

Weekly (once a week)
Bi-Weekly (once every two weeks)

Move In/Move Out Cleaning

Move In Clean
For those needing a house to be cleaned before they move into it, we offer our Move In cleaning service. We will clean inside the bathroom and kitchen cabinets, closets, and refrigerator as well as the rest of the house so that it is ready for you!

Move Out Clean
For those who have moved out of their home and want to leave it clean for the next tenants, we offer a Move Out clean. We will clean the inside of the bathroom and kitchen cabinets, closets, and refrigerator as well as cleaning the rest of the home. It is a wonderful gift to give the next owners or renters of your former home.

One-Time Clean

We offer a one-time cleaning of your home for any occasion.

Post-Construction Clean

A newly built home needs a thorough cleaning to remove any construction dust left behind.

Pre-Sale Clean

Before you put your home on the market, have it professionally cleaned prior to photographing it and/or showing it. We will make your home sparkle for prospective buyers or renters.

Cleaning Checklist

Below is a list of the tasks we will perform when cleaning your home. We bring our own cleaning supplies and just ask our clients to please supply us with a trash bag for collecting trash.
Bathrooms:

Clean/disinfect commode
Clean outside of vanity
Mirrors
Bathtub/shower stall
Clean/ dust hanging accessories
Vacuum and hand wipe or mop floors

Kitchen:

Clean all appliances
Polish all stainless steel appliances
Inside/Outside of microwave
Stove (including cups under burners)
Wipe outside of kitchen cabinets
Counter tops and tile back-splashes
Refrigerators
Clean /dust hanging or standing accessories
Clean outside of trash can
Vacuum and wet mop kitchen floor

Dusting:

Dust all furniture with soft microfiber cloth
Ceiling fans
Use extension duster for cobwebs both high and low
Baseboards, windowsills, chair railings, door trims, and mouldings
Light fixtures (except for fragile chandeliers)
Fingerprints on doors
Light plates
Vents and registers

Vacuuming:

Vacuum all carpets
Vacuum steps
Vacuum and clean hardwood floors

Other Included Services:

Trash collected-please leave a trash bag out for us to collect your trash throughout your home.
One bed (clean sheets put on) is included in your price.
Wipe out oven (self-cleaning ovens only)

Additional Services:

Making additional beds: $5 each
Refrigerator Cleaning: $30
